YU DI provides custom manufacturing services for promotional products. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
All custom products are manufactured based on digital mockups approved by the client. We are not responsible for errors in designs that were explicitly approved by the customer.
Standard lead times are 7-15 business days unless otherwise specified. Rush orders are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
All orders require full payment or a pre-agreed deposit before production begins. Prices quoted do not include import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.
