Since our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns for custom orders unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing errors not present in the approved mockup, please notify us within **7 days** of receipt. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Upon verification of a manufacturing error, we will either reproduce the affected items at no extra cost or provide a partial/full refund based on the extent of the defect.
